Paper Flowers Encore !

Paper Flowers
Dear friends if you have already seen this window card do forgive me as I had to repost this for having stupidly deleted the earlier published post! Dont ask me how I did it ...maybe the blogging gods [or maybe for us crafty blogs its goddesses] wanted to see me pull my hair ,stamp my feet, curse myself and generally act like a loony lady !!
And I think only a crafty blogger can understand the true enormity of it...lost challenge links ,lost comments..booo hooo!!
Paper flowers
Well on a more positive side if you are seeing the card for the first time or even 2nd time do tell me the flowers [or whatever else you like] are gorgeous !! [here is the tutorial link : Paper Flower tutorial ]
Sola wood leaves
The leaves are cut from sola wood [ made of tapioca].See link to sola wood flowers and yeah I heat embossed for the first time!!
Heat embossing
Have thrown in all kinds of materials in this card....corrugated paper[ the silver leaves],glitter foam[ the swirls and swirly border],pearls, lace and sola wood!
Window card
Deleting a popular post in which so many blogger friends wrote such sweet comments is one of the most foolish things I have done in my 4 years of blogging !!

  6. I think we've all done something like that at one time or another (deleting a post) if not then something equally frustrating.
This is an amazing card and those flowers are absolutely beautiful. I've done some heat embossing but I discovered I'm not very good at it.

  8. I enjoyed seeing it again because it's so gorgeous!! The flowers, the butterfly, the design, everything is amazing!! I feel your pain having to recreate the post. I've done that before while composing a post - accidentally deleted and couldn't recover. So frustrating!! Have a great day :)
