Teachers Day Card

Teacher's Day card |
As mentioned in my previous post this year we made quite a few teacher's day cards. All were waterfall cards. The pencil shape in the above picture is because we placed the bookmark atop our teacher's day card!

Teacher's Day card |
As my friends would have correctly guessed this particular card was embellished entirely by my 6 year old!
|
Teacher's Day card |
This card was made for her "Environmental sciences" teacher and my kiddo thought her teacher would love all the bugs since her teacher was forever teaching them about bugs! [
Who am I to correct the logic of a 6 year old!!]

I hope the poor teacher has the heart to smile at this lovingly made interactive card!

Since the foam bugs had only eyes my little artist drew cheeky smiles for them!!

I bet this was well received by the teacher....it would be so lovely to see something that a child has put such effort into. Sorry haven't been around in a while...just busy. Great to finally find a time to catch up on your wonderful work.
ReplyDeleteSonia, your little one did such a wonderful job embellishing her teachers card. I love all those colours together...so bright and cheerful. The bugs with their googly eyes are really cute. The teacher will be thrilled with it...and the sweet bookmark x
ReplyDeletesee this is what scares me...speechlessness!!
ReplyDeleteeverytime I visit your blog I tend to stare and thats just about it..anything and everything i say would sound repetitive. I really like this card and all the other things you have crafted so far but then I just dnt have words enough to express my appreciation and reverence !
Ha Ha you are too sweet but I LOVE LOVE comments!! Especially such crazily appreciative ones!!
DeleteThey are gorgeous Dr Sonia. I have a small kid and I love organising events for him and his friends…like painting & singing competitions, poetry competitions…things that will help nurture their talents. Off late we have been trying to cook sweet dishes together. Since his favourite fruit is mango, but the season is over, we have been using Jumpin as a substitute. Adding Jumpin also has another reason. They have come up with a video where with each share, Jumpin will donate some amount towards Save the Children NGO. A good cause with humility.
