I love to recycle tin cans into pen-stands and foam is my favorite medium for making everyday use objects as its easy to keep clean.You just need scissors and glue for making foam crafts

Made a fairy land mushroom scene with textured and glittery foam

I hand cut and die cut the foam sheets to make the fairyland scene in this foam craft

This is a super simple craft but I had to share it just because of that.Please do share your opinion and experience with foam.
Supplies: Textured Foam sheets[local store Big Market Sahakaranagar],Glitter foam[Itsy Bitsy].Dies: Provocraft butterfly + flowers[Itsy Bitsy],Oval and circle Dies[Itsy Bitsy],Fence Marianne[Priya color conceptions],Doll [Raja Market]

    1. I have seen foam sheets in many shops locally these days and i guess its becoming popular too as it sells out so fast from the shops!

    3. Nitijita I have managed to get craft supplies in the craziest of places..always drop in on china Bazaar's and fancy stores..your local fancy store waala will hoard many crafty stuff!

  24. LIke the look of the embossing on the foam. I've die cut foam but not embossed it. Was not sure that foam inside an embossing folder would work due to the thickness. I'll have to give it a try. My daughter likes Mushrooms.

    1. Melissa foam is available in different thickness so I am not sure about the thickness of the ones you can emboss.The textured foam I haveused here was store bought.When I tried embossing the foam I had ..the foam became too thin and I didnt like the effect

  52. This is so cute! I have very little experience with foam. I am into making home made board games with my kids and am always recycling boxes to organize their school supplies and toys. I think foam might be great for both of those projects. I really should give it a try! Thanks for the great inspiration :)
