Hi friends sharing a fun new project- a Purse which holds a planner/ mini album that expands out in concertina style and can be displayed on your desk!

Here is how the  Purse looks on the  outside...I didn't go overboard in embellishing it ...adding just a glass cabochon and a pretty handle with tassels but I think you can make it utterly feminine with lots of trims and lace and flowers!

And here is what you see when you open it....a cascade of mini pockets! 

The accordion of pockets can be folded and made to fit back inside the  purse using tiny magnets hidden on the  front pocket.

Each pocket is labelled with days of the  week and you can organize your daily reminders and notes day wise! You can adapt the  design to use as a Birthday book or maybe just use it as a good old traditional mini album for photos.

Hehe I do sound pretty pleased with myself isnt it...well this is one project which looks stylish and complicated but is pretty easy to make.

I used dies from Crealies  [ linked bellow] to  make all the  pockets and the  beautiful borders. Though you don"t strictly need any dies to make such a project , having specialized dies makes your creative time really fun !
