3 D Stamped Flowers

3D Stamped Florals
For someone who has always claimed not to like stamping I have done a complete turnaround the past couple of days!
I heat embossed and water colored several flowers from the Winnie and Walter In Bloom Elsa's Flora Stamp Set .Fuzzy cut multiple flower layers and 3 D decoupaged them to create 3 D flowers.
3 D decoupage
The purple peony has 4 layers and the golden heat embossed leaves were made by stamping on marbled paper.
3 D decoupaged Rose
The 3 D stamped purple rose was simpler to make and has only 3 layers but is  super cute nevertheless.
The corner embellishments are resin embellishments and the gorgeous butterfly was sent to me by Mrs A for winning her Butterfly Challenge !
Golden Butterfly
This is the cardboard box I recycled with designer foam sheets I picked up from my local market  [have I told you how much I love foam!]
Altered Box
I wanted to do inlaid die cutting  on foam so first cut Winnie and Walter's "happy" on the designer foam sheet I had measured to fit the lid of my box and then cut "happy" from plain purple glitter foam.
Inlaid Die cutting
Placed the purple "happy" within the designer foam and added back the tiny die cut negatives I had saved from the first die cut into the holes in the "a" and "p"!
Inlaid Die cutting
I then added the foam with the inlaid diecuts onto my box lined with red tacky tape.
Altered Box
I usually use die cuts and handmade flowers to add dimension to my projects! In this one , the multi- layered stamped flowers are the main dimensional element!
3 D Decoupaged flowers
The flower layers were water colored with distress inks and each layer popped up on double sided foam tape. Here is the tutorial to make a 3 D Stamped Flower : 3 D Decoupage tutorial
Foam Craft
Lined the sides of the box with the same designer foam and embellished with a metallic flower and golden embossed leaves.
Supplies : Dies :  Winnie and Walter Happy Cutaway
Stamps : Winnie and Walter In Bloom Elsa's Flora Clear Stamp Set
Coloring Media : Distress Inks  , Akashiya Sai watercolor brush pens
