Big Shot Giveaway from Crafters Corner

      Giveaway- a Big Shot !!

Hi friends yes you read the heading right...giveaway No 9 is indeed a  Sizzix Big Shot, every crafters most beloved machine!! And the sponsor is none other than Shalini Mittal the owner of Crafters Corner !
Shalini Mittal's Crafters Corner is the "go to place" for imported craft supplies in India! If you are an Indian crafter and not heard of Crafters Corner do drop by their website and you will be amazed by the HUGE and I mean huge range of craft supplies ! There are dies, cutting machines ,stamps, cutting tools, pergamano supplies, polymer clay, exquisite mixed media supplies and not to mention the basic charms, flowers, papers and more....If I were to list just the broad categories of items available at crafters corner I could fill in a blog post!

Shalini is one of the pioneers of the craft supply business here in India and is responsible in a huge way for growth of the paper craft industry in India. She manages to get supplies from the USA [ she regularly attends CHA to bring the best deals to India] and other countries at extremely competitive rates, is very supportive of crafters who teach or resell supplies by giving them wholesale rates on products and from March this year she has even introduced a unique coupon system wherein even hobby crafters like myself can avail of huge discount based on the amount purchased!
Crafters love to see pictures of crafting supplies dont we so sharing a few pictures from Shalini's warehouse
      Heartfelt creations Stamps
And more pictures of rows and rows of stamps for all my stamp lover friends!

      Stamps
Something truly commendable about Shalini is she stocks only the best and most reputed brands! And that is the advantage of her visiting CHA and actually attending classes and demos to bring to India the best!

      Stamps
If you are a newbie crafter or want to know about a product  or crafty technique ,chances are Shalini's Crafters Corner blog would have a product demo/ review or a tutorial on it!  And am proud to say I have been on her DT team for quite some time now!
      Stamps
She has the largest stock of cutting dies in India both in terms of variety as well as sheer volume of the stocks! The picture below is just a fraction of the dies available at Crafters Corner!
      Cutting Dies
Shalini being a crafter herself  and armed with  degrees in interior desiging and marketing is instrumental in setting trends in the crafty circles in India by bringing in new and unique crafting materials athe unbeatable prices. An example of this is the art of Sospeso Trasparente she brought to India by directly associating with the inventor of the art Monical Allegro!
      Sospeso Trasparente
Shalini's Crafters Corner is currently   the number one craft supply store in India for imported supplies having direct ties with big brands such as Ranger, Sizzix , Hearfelt creations to name a few
If you are wondering how one woman can achieve such phenomenal success in the craft industry where the market is niche and small, the competition cut throat, and every sale is dependent on other women's support ..... the recipe is sheer hard work [and yes I think she is one of the most hardworking women you may come across in a lifetime!], determination [ if there was one word I can use to describe Shalini it is determination...if she wants something she can go all out to achieve her goal!] ,enviable business acumen and marketing skills !
And putting aside her business, on the personal front she is mum to 2 really young children and can you believe despite being the amazingly busy lady she is, she actually cooks everyday for her family!! Yeah she is one awe-inspiring woman!!

Projects with Poppy Stamps and Giveaway

      Poppy Stamps
Dear friends thrilled to announce  the 6th giveaway in my 5 Million Page Views Celebration . I love die cutting and have a serious obsession with dies. My first Poppy Stamps die was won at the Poppy Stamps blog 2 yrs back and ever since then I have become a huge fan of Poppy Stamps dies.
Not only do they have such amazing droolworthy designs but the  best thing about Poppy Stamps dies is the ease with which they cut !!
I had won 3  Poppy Stamps dies on separate occasions and loved them so much that I created innumerable projects using them and I started to get frequent emails from crafters asking me where to buy Poppy Stamps dies from!! At that point nobody stocked Poppy Stamps dies in India and since every week I was getting such emails ,  I posted on the "Crafters Shoppers Paradise" group on facebook  [ where many sellers are members] requesting craft supply sellers to stock this brand! And I am so glad that heeding my shout out quite a few online Craft Supply shops in India stock Poppy Stamps now!

Sharing a few of my favorite projects made using Poppy Stamps dies
