Handmade Photoframe |
This handmade photoframe and gift box is yet one more addition to the series of Christmas gifts I am making this year for my daughter's teachers.
Recycled a desktop calendar to make the handmade photoframe adorned with punchcraft flowers

Here is the closeup of the quilled flower.

I dont usually make stuff in "orange" but somehow used all orange colored punchcraft flowers.

I have no words..this is the coolest project ever just brilliant!!!!!
ReplyDeletewow awesome creation.very beautiful.doc. iwant to know the place from where to insert phot in this.
ReplyDeletemegha
http://meghanuj01.blogspot.in/
Megha in this frame the photo is inserted from the right where the embellishments are few.In desktop calendar recycled photoframes it is better to make it in such a way as to insert the photo from the sides rather than the top.Since the corrugated paper cannot take a lot of weight it is better to not embellish heavily on the side which you leave unsupported[ie the side thru which you insert the photo]
DeleteFantastic project Sonia..Loz
ReplyDeleteI love your frame and box set. It looks like a fresh summer garden. The colors are beautiful. Did you use any punches other than the suns for the three orange flowers to the left of the fence?
ReplyDeleteFrann I used 2-3 cosmos punched flowers and cup embossed for the center and layered them atop a 6 petal pointed punched flower
