This Underwater scene quilled card was made for my uncle who loves to keep aquarium fish. His star sign is Pisces with a birthday this month.

The dolphins are 3 D decoupage and I added some husked quilled seaweed and 2 quilled fish.The inside of the card is a pop up featuring dolphins again.

I got the pop up images from The EPSON japanese site. There is a slider at the back of the card with again fishes!
